王巍，博士，教授，研究生导师。中国指挥与控制学会集群智能与协同控制专业委员会委员、中国自动化学会车辆控制与智能化专业委员会委员、国家自然科学基金委通信评审专家。2020年入选辽宁省“兴辽计划”青年拔尖人才；2019年入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千人层次；辽宁省高校首批黄大年式教师团队骨干教师、辽宁省首届优秀研究生导师团队核心成员。

主要研究方向为非线性模糊和神经元网络自适应控制、非线性多自主系统智能自适应协同控制，以及无人系统集群控制。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金项目、辽宁省应用基础研究计划1项，辽宁省自然科学基金2项、辽宁省教育厅项目3项、教育部重点实验室开放课题1项。在国际控制领域权威学术期刊上发表高水平学术论文30余篇，其中以第一作者发表IEEE汇刊论文10余篇，多篇论文入选ESI工程领域前1%高被引论文。出版学术专著1部；授权国家发明专利2项；部分研究成果获辽宁省自然科学一等奖、辽宁省自然科学学术成果二等奖、锦州市自然科学学术成果一等奖。

辽宁省高校首批黄大年式教师团队骨干教师；获辽宁省研究生教学成果特等奖1项。主持辽宁工业大学研究生教育改革创新项目1项；获辽宁工业大学教师综合能力竞赛二等奖1项。指导学生获机器人及人工智能大赛国家一、二、三等奖、研究生人工智能比赛国家三等奖，研究生智慧城市创意大赛国家三等奖、研究生数学建模竞赛国家三等奖等国家级奖项18项、省级奖项30余项。
